About Korutla

Koratla  is a town and a Municipality constitution in the Jagtial district in Telangana state. Korutla Municipality is established in the year 1988 vide G.O.Ms.No. 295 M.A., Dt:19-05-1988. Korutla Town is upgraded as a 2^nd grade Municipality vide G.O. Ms.No. 171 M.A., Dt:16-04-2010 with a population of 69,479 as per 2011 census and spread over 32.8 Sq. Km area. There are 33 wards in the town. The present population of the town is about 85,000 Aprx.
